Sales Engineer - Building Services Sector

Vacancies available for Omani Nationals and Expatriates

  • BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • An experience level of 3-5 years in pumps sales ( pump selection / application / controls).
  • Skills include Commercial acumen, AutoCAD, MS Office.
  • Commercial and Technical skills with the ability to work independantly.
  • Candidate will be based in Muscat.

  • ITI or Diploma Certificate.
  • A minimum experience level of 5 years in the industry.
  • Good communication skills with a working knowledge of Arabic and English.
  • Valid Omani driving license.

  • Education: College Graduate.

  • Assisting the General Manager in day to day office activities, coordinating between all department including Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production and Service.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Scheduling Meetings and appointments and attend Meetings, Prepare & circulate Minutes.
  • Manage travel arrangements for executives.
  • Registering and management of all Enquiries addressed to the Company via email.
  • Coordination in the recruitment process.
  • Management of confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
